Message from the Men's 2017 Captain - Bill Boyd

A very warm welcome to all current and new members of Pastures GC.

First a big thank you to Past Captain Ady Hibbert. Ady has had a great year and will be a tough act to follow but I’m sure, with your help, 2017 will also be hugely successful.

I’d also like to pass my best wishes to this year’s Seniors Captain, Gordon Wain. In agreement with Gordon, this year’s Captain’s charity will be the local Air Ambulance Service. This service provides a rapid response to trauma and medical emergency but receives no government funding, relying on charitable donations, so your support will be much appreciated.

It is an honour to be asked to be the Men’s Captain for 2017. If I have a theme for the year, it has to be that we become even more inclusive and have even more fun. Let’s get on the course, enter all the competitions and attend all the presentations and events.
I hope you all have an enjoyable 2017 at Pastures.
